Aktivitas ini hanya dapat dilakukan pada tipe tahapan <em>Profile Screening<\/em> saja (tahapan pertama).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Import candidate<\/em><\/strong> ditujukan untuk memasukkan data (nama dan alamat email) kandidat secara otomatis ke dalam <em>funnel<\/em> rekrutmen. Pada tahap ini, kandidat akan memperoleh undangan email untuk mengirimkan <em>application form <\/em>ke lowongan tersebut. Setelah melakukan konfirmasi, maka kandidat akan otomatis masuk ke dalam <em>funnel<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dalam mengundang kandidat, Anda cukup melakukan <em>upload<\/em> data dalam bentuk Excel\/CSV\/TXT pada menu<em> <\/em><strong><em>Invite Candidate<\/em><\/strong> sesuai sampel yang diberikan. Setelah melakukan konfirmasi pengiriman kandidat akan menerima email undangan untuk mendaftar ke <em>job<\/em> tersebut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kandidat yang diundang tidak otomatis masuk ke <em>funnel<\/em> sampai dengan mereka melakukan konfirmasi pendaftaran ke <em>job<\/em> yang dituju.
