Inisiatif ini menggarisbawahi komitmen Indonesia Eximbank untuk berinvestasi pada sumber daya manusia sebagai komponen kunci dalam strategi pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Credit Reviewer Development Program (CRDP) 2024 adalah program pengembangan karir komprehensif yang berlangsung selama 18 bulan dan dirancang bagi para profesional muda ambisius yang bercita-cita membentuk masa depan industri keuangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang sektor keuangan, termasuk pengalaman langsung dalam fungsi operasional dan strategis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan pengembangan terpadu yang terdiri dari pelatihan di tempat kerja, pembinaan, pendampingan, serta pelatihan yang difokuskan berdasarkan spesialisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun persyaratan aplikan adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lulusan Sarjana (S1) dan magister (S2) dari universitas lokal atau luar negeri ternama dengan IPK minimal 3.25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nilai tambah untuk kamu yang berasal dari jurusan manajemen, pertanian, akuntansi, teknik, dan MIPA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skor TOEIC minimum 700 \/ TOEFL minimum 550 \/ IELTS minimum 5.5.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelamar yang berminat dapat melamar melalui platform Talentics yang dapat diakses melalui link <a href=\"https:\/\/talentics.link\/MT-Eximbank\">https:\/\/talentics.link\/MT-Eximbank<\/a> sebelum 24 Mei 2024.
